Welcome to our school website! I hope you manage to take some time to explore what we have to offer and learn at least a little about what Shaftesbury CE Primary School has to offer and help celebrate our achievements.
At Shaftesbury Primary the children are at the centre of what we do every day. Our ethos is focused on inspiration in all areas and is built upon Christian values that underpin our Church of England status.
Our mission comes from the epistle to the Hebrews, 10:24-25:
24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
As a learning community that involves the children, our families and our staff we aim to ensure that we feel safe, loved and then INSPIRED.
