A step back in time at the Newt

Years 3 & 4 visited The Newt in Somerset this week as part of their Roman topic.

During their trip, they discovered fascinating facts about what life was like for Roman soldiers and servants.

The children explored ancient Roman ruins, examined real artefacts, and toured a beautifully reconstructed Roman villa.
